In-Service Day – CLOSED
April 16 @ 9:00 am - 6:30 pm
The Upshur County Public Library will be closed to the public for a day to let staff members from our library and other regional libraries participate in some continuing education activities. We will reopen on Wednesday, April 17th at our normal 9:30 a.m.
