We are the Service Center for 14 regional affiliate libraries in Upshur County, as well as 5 surrounding counties in West Virginia. Upshur County Public Library provides professional services to them, but does not directly oversee their operations, as these libraries are separate organizations that have their own policies, and a separate board of trustees and library administration to contact. These libraries are:

All of our affiliate libraries, along with Upshur County Public Library, are part of two state-wide consortia of libraries, one being the West Virginia Library Network, which provides our catalog, the other is the consortia for our electronic materials, WVReads.
