What does the Library do?
The Upshur County Public Library is a public forum, a place to research and connect with knowledge, or just relax and find entertainment. We are far more than just books: we are a center of imagination, a comfortable retreat to work, read, or meet, and a learning environment. We host programs and events that enrich people’s lives, discover new knowledge and have fun.
