The Upshur County Public Library will be closed to the public for a day to let staff members from our library and other regional libraries participate in some continuing education activities. We will reopen on Thursday, March 5th at our normal 9:00 a.m. Upshur County Public Library's computer training series continues with one of fifteen possible topics.
