FeaturedThe Upshur County Public Library will be closing at 5:00 on Thursday, May 15th, to accommodate the Strawberry Festival's Jr. Royalty Parade. We will reopen on Friday, May 16th, at our normal hours. Any materials due can be placed in our bookdrop, or you can use our online catalog to renew them.
