Mario Kart Tournament

A Mario Kart Tournament will be held where participants can battle each other in fast-paced racing fun. There will ultimately be a 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place. Each spot earns a trophy and points. There will also be points for attendance. (This is geared towards teens, but we can certainly find a way to let younger kids have fun too.)

Tournament rules: 3 rounds, 4 players per round, no CPUs, all items allowed, random course selection (players can choose a course), 4 races per round, and total points will be recorded at the end of each round. After three rounds, the points earned by each player will be totaled, and the top four players will advance to the Grand Finals. The Grand Finals will consist of eight races. If there is a tie for the fourth spot, it will be resolved with a time trial on a random map. After the Grand Finals, we will have a definitive ranking for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place.
